Terms of Service

What is available

The site provides reference videos, photo preparation and account-based private uploads when the account service is configured. Selecting or uploading a photo does not submit a generation task or make a purchase. Generation and payment have separate availability checks; a saved draft is not an order or a reservation.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, evade safeguards or attempt to access private systems. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the site or its materials to mislead others, impersonate a person or infringe their rights.

Media, consent and sharing

The planned creation workflow is for adults with permission to use images of consenting adults. A reference clip shown here is not a general license to redistribute that clip, its music or another person's likeness. Any future output and audio rights must be stated with the available product.

AI-created videos should be reviewed before sharing and clearly identified as edited when needed to avoid misleading viewers. Generation may produce identity, motion or visual errors; showing a reference video does not guarantee a matching personalized result.

Proposed commercial terms

The Pricing page publishes proposed one-time launch packs in USD. They are not currently purchasable and do not create a subscription. Final availability, contents, taxes and purchase terms must be confirmed before checkout opens. See the Refund Policy for the current scope.

Independent service

Bulin47Video is an independent project, not an official service of Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, a record label, TikTok or Instagram. Reference to an artist or platform does not imply endorsement or sponsorship.
